Never got the balls to color it and now it’s gotten a little dirty :c

for whatever reason, the first couple pages of my sketchbook always get super smudgy D: But just the first 2 or 3, then it’s fine…

corel painter sketch pad
playing with ideas for charms. Unlikely I’ll ever make them into actual charms but I like to amuse myself by coming up with designs.
colored one of the sticker ideas as a test. It’s based on Hati and Skoll from Norse mythology. The sun and moon are halfassed because I realized halfway through working on this that it is a way lower DPI than I wanted (plus I’d really rather do this in illustrator if I can get it to work HRRRNGH)
watched Kesame’s stream last night, she demonstrated her Photoshop watercolor technique. I attempted to give it a shot…
Also played around with various brushes, the black is this really unpredictable dry brush that is pretty fun. My digital art always looks too controlled, this adds spontaneity imo.
I tried to draw MLP style from memory…
